Disclaimer
The limits of what Train.id can tell you.
General information, not advice
Everything on Train.id is general information about international rail travel and ticketing. It does not take account of your circumstances, your equipment, your route or the rules that apply where you are. It is not travel, safety, engineering, legal or financial advice.
No availability, price or outcome is promised
Nothing here reserves a seat, a vehicle, a vessel, an aircraft, a slot or a delivery window, and nothing here promises a fare, a rate, a schedule, a transit time, an arrival or a saving. Any figure produced by a calculator on this site is an illustration based on the numbers you entered and the assumptions shown beside it.
No safety or compliance judgement
We do not inspect, certify, licence, audit or vet any operator, vehicle, vessel, aircraft or route, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement that any of them is safe, airworthy, seaworthy, roadworthy, insured, licensed or legal for your use. Verify licensing, insurance and condition with the operator and the relevant authority, in writing, before you commit.
The assistant
The AI assistant on this site is an educational tool. It can explain terminology and walk through general scenarios. It cannot check availability, quote a live fare or rate, make a booking, recommend a specific operator or model, or tell you that something is safe or legal — and like any automated system it can be wrong. Verify anything important.
We are not an operator or an authority
Train.id is an independent, privately operated information website. We are not a carrier, operator, airline, railway, bus company, charter company, shipping line, freight broker, dealer, manufacturer, airport, port, terminal or transport authority, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any of them. We do not sell tickets, take bookings, hold reservations, dispatch vehicles or move freight. Where an official rule or an operator's own terms decide the answer, we link to that source and say so.
